We sold the VW Jetta this morning. Someone at Seth's work knew a family that was looking for a Jetta to replace their daughter's old one - it was totaled in an accident. It was tough to see her go..... harder than I thought it would be actually. We've been talking about finding a car that would be better in the snow and trading in the Jetta, so it was time. As the details were being worked out though, I have to say I was a little emotional. She was my first car that I'd bought on my own, and paid off on my own too. But we need a more family friendly (dog friendly) car that will make me feel safer driving in the snow - especially living in Spokane now. This year we had so much snow!!! Here's a couple pics before the Jetta drove out of the driveway for the last time. Sniff, sniff.....

Sorry to see the little lady go. Also sorry to hear that the part-timer wasn't in the cards with your work, Kates! Trust me, you HAVE a full-time job! It has taken us so long to blog in, but I am not a blogger...maybe Bianca is. Glad to see that all is well, and we will chat (or I will post more) soon. Congrats on everything so far. OH YEAH...AND WE MISS YOU ALL! Portland isn't the same without you. Are you ready for MArch Madness? It's a bummer we can't all be in Vegas this year, but there's always next!
